Two National Historic Sites. The Mi’kmaq of Metepenagiag have lived in this place since time immemorial. It has been handed down to them through generations of oral history.
Atlantex fabricated the signage across the park. Points of interest highlighted include the Augustine Mound, a cemetery dating back to over 600 BC, the Oxbow site, and the many lookouts and camping areas throughout Metepenaniag.
