Braving the elements all year round, George’s Island is a home to many trails and the ruins of Fort Charlotte. Sitting in the middle of the Halifax Harbour, anything built on the island has to suffer high waves, strong winds, hurricanes and extreme changes in temperature. Parks Canada tasked Atlantex with creating interpretive panels that are built to last, refurbishing the stands and direct printing on aluminum.
